About Us: At Psychiatreat we are dedicated to providing safe and supportive sober living environments for individuals recovering from substance abuse and mental health disorders. Our mission is to foster recovery and reintegration into the community, and we are seeking a passionate and experienced Director to lead our sober living homes.

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Director to oversee our sober living homes across New York State. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, proven leadership skills, and the ability to navigate the complexities of running multiple homes and programs. This role is critical to our mission, and the successful candidate will ensure high standards of care, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of sober living homes, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents.
• Develop and implement program policies and procedures in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and reimbursement processes for housing individuals suffering from substance abuse and/or mental health disorders.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, including funding sources, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
• Provide leadership and support to staff, promoting professional development and a culture of collaboration and compassion.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, implementing improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the sober living or recovery housing industry, specifically within New York State.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple homes and programs.
• In-depth knowledge of reimbursement processes for sober living arrangements, with experience in either a Non-Profit or For-Profit capacity (expertise in both is not required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and maintain compliance.
